They carry a large selection of gluten-free products and plenty of excellent choices for your meals at home. The Butcher Shoppe is also home to a deli and provides an excellent catering option.

History

This business was started by Brian and Tracy Hauck in 1995. The couple has more than 30 years of experience in the meat industry. They have grown over the years and now boast a product line with more than 250 items. The business has won many awards of the years, as well.

In 2006, The Butcher Shoppe was restructured to include their daughter Jen and her husband Kolin as partners. Some of the things that make this business different include:

  • Pure ingredients used in all mixes
  • Freshest, in-season ingredients used for salads
  • Extensive line of sandwich meals make in house with no fillers
  • Many gluten-free and lactose-free items
  • Deli with plenty of lunch items, dinner items and more

The Butcher Shoppe is a great spot for dinner, lunch or just picking up some items to take home with you.

The Deli

The deli provides many take and bake items, along with heat and eat items. You will find all types of homemade soups, sandwiches and much more within the deli. If you order your dinner by 10am, it will be ready for you to pick up and take home by 5pm.

The Products

With more than 45 types of sausages from ring sausage to maple sticks, The Butcher Shoppe offers a number of product choices. They also offer more than 30 varieties of lunch meat. All of the meats are seasoned and marinated n house with only the freshest herbs.

Location and Hours

The Butcher Shoppe is found at 705 Main Street South in Airdrie. They are open from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and from 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
