The builder is already advertising that their staircases in their home will be the widest in the new construction industry at 4.5 feet across and it’s promising huge kitchen islands in response to consumer demand. Double-master bedrooms are also a building feature that many builders are incorporating into their floor plans.

The architectural guidelines stipulate that homes will be prairie-inspired and above-average in construction. At complete build-out there will be 600 homes and 80 condominiums in this elegant neighbourhood.
